Leaflings: Unfurled

To unfurl:

uncoil

expand

unroll

display

To relax...

...and reveal

...their secrets.

Unfurled.

Specs:
Pattern: Leafling by J.C. Briar for the March RSC
Yarn: STR medium weight in 'Lucky'
Needles: 2.75 mm
Size: Medium...good fit...very Cushy!
Mods: Went down to 2.25 mm for the heel flap and heel, and closed the leaf at the toe. I was inspired by KnittingSuzanne's toe, but used my own sequence of decreasing and patterning.

  7. Those socks are really lovely. And the accompanying photos are perfect since the socks really do resemble newly-unfurled leaves.
