So that's what they're called- bokeh discs! They look like they're on some kind of grid. Is it a secret? Bokeh tends to be secretive sometimes. Nice.
Thank you, thank you!The bokeh discs are from the sunlight reflecting off the intersections of the cyclone fence that encased this little garden sanctuary I found in the middle of the city.I'm glad you like them!! :)
