Two socks joined us for dinner al fresco Friday.
The pasta was delish...it was a lovely way to start the weekend.
sigh...yum...but we still had room to split a lemon cake with berries.

That looks amazing. We can't eat outside here because it's like a friggin' jungle. The mosquitoes and flies and spiders and would you believe - a plague of baby toads (ok, they're kind of cute) has prevented me from even getting into the garden to weed! Grrrrumble grumble.
