images were captured at the beach this weekend.

I still had time to knit a bit. Cotty sock nbr. 2 is well on its way to completion!

The weather was fantastic!! I'll share more pics with you after my shutter/mouse/knitting finger recovers a wee bit!

I only went out for a walk and finally concluded to stay out till sundown, for going out, I found, was really going in.

And that seagull inspires me to strut into my day!

Nice job of knitting the sea and sky into your socks! Beautiful blending.

Do I see pink? What good, old Oregon beach is it? Love the Muir quote-- he is so fab. Look forward to more and happy week and finger recovery G.

Thanks for starting out the week in such a lovely way. I'd also like to know what beach this is.

Wonderful pictures, as always!
Coincidentally, I was only just reading that John Muir quotation as it appears in Robert Macfarlane's excellent book, The Wild Places.

Nice Sunset-Beach-Socks!!!
I love the see :)... The smell, the wind, sand, shells and the sound of the waves.

the last photo is out of this world. You should seriously sell your prints. Or do you? Too beautiful

Lovely images. Beautiful how you compose your "outdoor" experience with your knitting. Very lovely...it all flows.

I missed Sassafras at Stitches West, but how did you sneak in knitting the Lenka Cotty? Love it by the way & your sock is what convinced me to buy a skein of that not-in-my-comfort-zone colorway.
