We have been very busy here at Chez NK.

I'm not sure I have much to show for my time...

...but I'm pretty sure I've been occupied.

My new obsession is perusing this site and I might've spent a little time in their store.

And I kind of like this site, and this one, and this one, too.

Before you know it, a week has gone by.

Oh well...after the test knitting was completed, what else was there to do on a rainy evening?

Not only is it a holiday weekend here, it is a big birthday weekend for my mom and sisters.

I suspect there will be a lot of celebration...and cake!

hello! what do we have here?

a little progress on the Holidaze socks.

i took a macaron baking class this past weekend. the first try wasn't picture perfect,

but very yummy and they disappeared fast. 

who knew it was so difficult to pipe 1 1/2 inch circles??

did i tell you? fifteen more sleeps until i leave for MSWF!! 

it's their 40th year!!

We had a heat wave here in the PNW!
