rainy days

The sea breeze socks are back in play.

We enjoyed a double-date for lunch Sunday...our guests were knitting and the camera.

Mr. NK's meatball sandwich was yummy...

...and the coffee was an absolute requirement for warming us up between hail storms!
Me? Turkey and cranberry chutney!! :)

Bon appetit! Bon tricot!!

Sunshine is delicious, rain is refreshing,
wind braces us up, snow is exhilarating;
there is really no such thing as bad weather,
only different kinds of good weather.

I really like this thought. So true! Nature and us need it all! Your socks are beautiful in that color way. The bread looks absolutely delicious! I almost smell it ;-)
