winters past


Remember these socks?

It was a two-fer...we captured another set of glamour shots that same day.


The pattern is Toasty Twist in STR 'Currier and Ives'.
LoveLoveLove!! I'm already planning another pair for spring!!

Mods to the original pattern include a linen stitch heel and a double-gusset ala Cristi.


Even socks get pooped...!!!


Autumn arrives in early morning, but spring at the close of a winter day.

I'd try to knit this Pattern a couple of days ago. But i gave up ;-(
I try'ed to knit on a set of DPN's and got so confused. I had to rib three times! Now i knit another pattern :-))

But i will try again someday, because it looks so beautyful♥

That is a really pretty pattern! I just went over to Ravelry and downloaded it. Now to the sock yarn bin!!!!!!!!!!
