invincible

We were hit by a big...huge...snow storm this past weekend.

I occupied myself with knitting, photography, more knitting, organizing my inks (ROYGBIV and neutrals) and walking in the snow - followed by thawing out fingers (and toes) to resume knitting.

I'm pretty sure I'm the only person who takes walks in the snow with knitting in one hand
and camera in the other so I can photograph socks in the wild!!
It's how I roll!!

There may also have been a little bit of binge watching of Justified...

...and a little surfing around facebook and youtube.

Just a wee bit.

I hope you all had a great weekend! xo

I found there was, within me,
an invincible summer.

Beautiful pictures! Enjoy the snow while the blanket of it is still so pretty.

Great photos. I, too, took my hand knits outside to photograph them in the snow.

Photographing socks in the snow seems like the most normal thing in the world to me. Healthy! Yesterday, I plopped my knitting bag in a snow bank and took picks of all the pretty colors against the snow (with some strange looks, I'm sure.)
