memory lane

Today's my birthday...and at the last minute I thought it would be fun to scan some old pictures and post them.

My sister did all the scanning...thanks, Jilly!! She did an awesome job. You might be able to see some more of them here.

I've had an awesome day today!! So many wonderful birthday greetings from friends and family started off my day!! I'm so blessed!!

Mr. NK and I went on a little road trip to Astoria for lunch, leaf peeping and some good old fashioned fun!

It was a gorgeous fall day and my heart is full...a girl couldn't've asked for more!!

I hope you all have a fabulous and treat filled weekend!! xo

Happy, happy birthday, Gail! Do you have a favorite place in Astoria? And did you get to have a birthday treat in a yarn store? Hope so!

I think I just deleted my comment or sent it while I was talking on the phone and it wasn't finished.

Happy Birthday. The pictures are wonderful. I remember having saddle shoes. Gosh. And that little dress you're wearing on the swing. I had one in green with a little white apron. I remember it being one of my favorites.

Photography runs in the family, I see.

I cannot believe how much these pictures look like the you I know now! I look nothing like my baby and youth pictures so this is absolutely amazing.

Glad you had a fun birthday. We all should make our birthday what we want it to be.

What an adorable child you were! Sorry I was behind on reading and missed your birthday. I hope it was a great one. It is very close to my sisters so I should remember it pretty easily now :-)
