Slow, but steady

...progress on the scarf. Oh! It's the Lace Leaf pattern from the Spring VK from 2005. The yarn is Malabrigo Lace in the 'fucsia' colorway. Yum!

The AI season is almost over. You have been so patient to bear with me. Just a little more chit-chat and it will all be over...at least until next year! ;)

The songs the judges picked and the performances that went with them were the best! David C. was hot! I had a tear, too. The songs they picked for themselves...not so stellar. Boo hiss to Simon for his comments about Longer by my man Dan Fogelberg! David A sang well, and Simon needs to show more respect. My prediction will be that Syesha will go home, and the final will be a battle between the rocker and the crooner.

More knitting will be on its way to the blog. And I'm thinking about doing Friday's Flowers...what do you think?

The scarf is so beautiful! I think hot pink is going to be my favorite color this summer :)

I was a little frustrated with AI last night. David Cook definatly got the harder songs and he rose to the occasion. David A can sing beautifully, but does nothing for me. My fav was Michael John's (is it warm in here or is it me?)

Yes -- do Friday Flowers!

How can you not do Friday Flowers?!! However, please don't feel limited to just Fridays, okay?

I agree with you on AI. I just have to say that I love the Chris Brown song "With You" (its even Snowboarder's ringer!). And I just about died during David A's performance....not good. But his other songs helped redeem him!

I was still hoping it would come down to David C. and Syeesha. Heavy sigh of disappointment.
What a lovely young woman--I'll be watching for a cd from her! But, David C. is my #1 pick.
I will need the Friday's Flowers to cheer me if David A. wins it.
Your scarf is the perfect pink!

Stunning colour! [I'm going through a pink phase at the moment too.]
