socks in the wild

The Chicklet socks are donedonedone!!

Yesterday evening was so fantastic, I took them out for a little field trip.

We've been waiting weeks for some sunny and warm weather

and we weren't disappointed this weekend.

See that blue sky above? Sweet.

Back home, we finished the glamour shots in front of the Japanese blood grass.

I heart these socks. The yarn is absolutely fabulous! So soft and cushy! The pattern is totally memorizable and the fit is perfect...my kind of sock!

Thank you, Anne for another fabulous sock pattern!!!

Look what else we spotted along the road!

Berries!!

I think we might be heading toward summer after all.

What did you do for fun this weekend?

I hope you have a fabulous Monday and a great week!

I just checked in over at Knitspot and HOLY @#$%!!!!! I cannot believe some of those knits. wow.

Your photo shoot with these socks is really soft and soothing and beautiful. Especially to my eyes - I've had nothing but a soft gray rain for days on end.

They look totally at home being wild. Love them pinned on the fence!!! and with the berry blossom!

I love the shots in the grass! Beautiful photography! I still haven't knit any socks so I don't know how it is to photograph them, but I'll surely be emulating some of your features when I get round to it... :)
